complete garbage

Terrible service. Paid for multiple items more than a week ago, they were all in stock. Have not received my items yet after almost a week and a half, emailed support and have not gotten a response. Can't reach anyone through their numbers as their support is now entirely email based. I want to cancel this order as items are extremely late and no longer have use for them, but you are unable to because there is no function and no number to to call to do this. This place is utter garbage and getting worse.
