COMPLAINT

Very upset with your business. Waiting for a month for my parcel. No communication from you. I phoned you several times, either out of business hours voice recording or stating your telephone lines are down. I emailed you several times requesting feedback on my order, already paid for a month ago and no reply from you. Utterly upset, as this is my son's birthday present he bought with his own money he got for his birthday .
