Cheats!

We ordered 20 desk mats from them online and never received any confirmation for the payment of R3699 that was made to finalize the order. After trying to call (and not getting through, as the phone lines have been stopped) I finally emailed the support team getting a reply from Jaco Venter saying that the product was out of stock. We then requested a refund for the "almost R4000.00" which we still have not received. We just keep getting lame excuses from Jaco saying that the accounts department was supposed to make payment and that he will follow up with them again. Our order was placed on the 19th November 2020, the first reply we received from Jaco was on the 27th November 2020 which was also when we requested our refund, however it is a month later and we are still holding our breath hoping for it to be refunded.
