Caveat Emptor with these people.
Disgusting service. I am told I will get my goods in three days. I sent numerous e-mails no response. Then I get a call from them assuring me the goods would be delivered that day. This was 4 days ago and still nothing.
If they have no stock when you order they should say so. Customers can then look elsewhere.
Saying nothing and keep on stalling, in my mind, amounts to *****.
I will never buy anything from them again. Charlatans the lot of them.

I have looked into this matter and it seems that there was a misunderstanding with this order.
We only order the goods once funds reflect in our accounts, so this means that the delivery time is not from the date of order but the date of payment. Delivery to your location is 2-5 working days which is stated in our terms and conditions.
Your order was placed on the 10th March, we have a delivery note from our couriers that shows on the 15th March that they tried to deliver to you but were unable to reach you for the delivery.
When this happens, the product is then reverted back to the warehouse or to the supplier for a credit or further instructions. This can cause a delay in you receiving your order.
We are however sincerely sorry that the order took so long to get to you.
