Broken television on arrival
I just received a delivery for a television. Arrived with a massive bump in the screen. The courier phoned me as they were having issues existing the complex and I asked him to come pick it up and they said that I need to take the complaint/return route for someone else to come pick it up. I wanted to give a good review here online as their delivery was actually quite speedy. But it doesn't help if you receive broken products. If they resolve this within an acceptable time I will change my review

08 Jun 2021, 09:07These guys are really slow on support but it seems they do operate above board. They are sending me a new television and if it arrives and is in good condition I will make a good review as the delivery itself was fast. They just need to get more guys on support.
