BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

Ordered an infra red lamp bulb from this company beginning Nov 21 & it was supposed to have been delivered end November. This was not fulfilled. The delivery then changed to end December, still nothing. There's no contact by phone only email which is quite *****. Pursued & insisted they supply the lamp which then arrived on 3 Feb. The lamp bulb was packaged in a filmsy cardboard box with a rubber band around it. The box was then packaged in the couriers plastic bag. When I opened the bag I found the box smashed, thankfully the bulb is intact. How can a fragile item like this be packaged this way. Not impressed with their service & will never support them again. I certainly won't be recommending them to anyone. Not even worth the 1 star
