Beware of PC Link computers

I ordered an Airbar on 8 MAy. I then received a faulty unit, which I returned. It has no been 5 MOnths since my original order and we have been out of lockdown for a long time and I still dont have the replacement they promissed they would send. I subsequently asked for a refund and now they are not responding to emails at all. I understand that lockdown was difficult, but this is the worst service I have had in a long time.
