Be very careful of PC Link Computers
I placed on order on 16 December and received an email that my order would be DELIVERED within 2 to 3 business days. On Tuesday 21 December my husband drove to their premises in Florida Glen to follow up on my order since emails were not being clear regarding the delivery date. We were told the stock had not arrived and we should expect a call once it has. At around 3pm on Tuesday 21 December I received a call informing me that the stock had arrived. I drove out from Fourways to Florida Glen again to collect the order as I was not interested in waiting for delivery.

Kindly note that your order was placed on Friday after we closed at 14:00.
The order was processed on Monday.
We received a email from you on Tuesday requesting collection of the item therefor the order was changed to collection as per your request.
The website does indicate processing of the order is 1-2 working days.
The stock was ready for collection on Tuesday the 21st.
This was the second working day after the order was placed.

You failed to mention the other emails that went unanswered or the fact that we drove to your premises twice as a result of this. The reason we changed to collect and not wait for delivery is because we were informed that your courier is very busy and cannot guarantee which date my order will be delivered. In other words, your 1-2 days could not be guaranteed.
