Be Careful when buying from PC Link Computers SA

Went online (pclinkshop.co.za) and ordered a laptop battery that showed they had in stock. I paid in full on August 19. Received an email said that delivery will take 20 working days. Shocked with this as their website clearly showed that they had stock available. I followed up again on 25th and then Dehan Williams responded on August 26th that delivery will be 3rd week in September only. Again I followed up 21 September which is 23 working days from date of purchase, no response. Also their phone line *** is 'conveniently out of order" for apparent some sort of maintenance. Who runs a business with no phone back up? I sent again emails on 22 September, and on their Facebook - still no response!
