Battery received 3 weeks after placing order

I ordered and paid for a 100Ah backup battery on 19 February. I received no response to emails and phone calls until after posting a review on Hellopeter on 02 March. Then I was contacted several times to assure me that all was being done to get the battery to me in the shortest possible time. Between then and now there were more phone calls. The battery arrived yesterday afternoon 10 March. The biggest problem with this company IMHO, is customer feedback and honesty - if you don't have it in stock, just say so. Battery is just in time for stage 4 loadshedding.
