Bait and Switch

I ordered and paid for a Seagate Enterprise Harddrive. When the package arrived I receive a completely different harddrive, a Seagate Ironwolf. There is a huge price and spec difference between the 2, and the Ironwolf will not work for my purpose. I tried contacting them several times alerting them to the mistake and received no response. This looks like it may be an approach of them to sell a product at an expensive price and switch it with a cheaper one. I will advice anyone against dealing with them to rather consider another e-commerce, pc shop or IT Consultant supplier.
