Bad/no service. Beware they keep your money

I placed an order on 9 March 2021 and did payment with this company, but did not received my parcel up to date. After numerous emails (calls they do not except and do not answer - although their is a number on the system), which they rep**** that stock is moved around or waiting on stock. They said they will refund but if you reply that they must contact you, nothing happens. I would not recommend any business with this company.
