Bad support service from PC Link Computers

I am just so disappointed in the support service I received from PC link Computers. I ordered a product in July. After more than 20 days I received feedback from them ...Please note that the supplier keeps on moving the ETA for the stock. Therefore we will be processing a refund. I do understand that it is not their fault that the supplier didn't provide the product but now I am struggling to get my refund. It has been 2 months and everytime I send an email to enquire I get the same answer that they will follow up with accounts regarding my outstanding refund. I am just requesting my refund as promised by them.
