Bad Service with no working phone lines.

I am very worried. I bought a product online a month ago but the phone lines are down and they are not very good with responding to emails and they cant confirm a delivery date. I just want my stuff I paid for. I should have first looked on Hellopeter for reviews before I paid them :(
