Bad service, Poor Communication, Empty Promises!

I bought a Radio Facia template on the 12th of December. The website said only 7-15 working days to be delivered it took the whole December and January, received it on the 28th of January broken. I then notified them and sent pictures. They didn't respond until I called them on the 29th of January. They then gave me two options (a) Let them collect the template and it will take 15-20 days for me to receive it or (b) Keep the template since it can be repaired and they will pay 50% deposit back to me. I sent account details immediately. They promised to pay since the 29th the amount hasn't been paid to me. They don't respond to emails when you call them is like they are confused and keep promising lies. Today is the 7th of February and still promised to be paid. Don't buy from this guys unless if you want to keep calling them!
