Bad Service PC Link Computers

I've placed an order on 10/12/'21 with PC Link Computers. I folled up on the order on 21/1/'22. On 25/1/'22 I was promised a refund as the supplier was out of stock. It's now 21/2/'22 and I still have not received a refund. It's extremely frustrating as they cannot be contacted by phone.
