Bad service just follow up with a clear understanding...!

I ordered a case and some fans. I misunderstood the email. Now the part I do want they called back from the currier and I'm still awaiting on a refund.

All they had to do is write a full email asking what exactly what they have and what I want, also trying to get hold of them is impossible!
