BAD SERVICE!

I have ordered a Canon i-sensys MF645Cx printer from PC Link Computers on 8 December 2021 and PAID for it! I then received an email from Mark Williams confirming that the item is out of stock and whether he should refund or do I want to wait for stock. Stock was supposed to arrive by end of January and then on the 24th January I requested a refund. To date I have received NO REFUND!!!
