bad service

i have ordered a Graphics Drawing Tablet order nr #7068 from pc link on the 1 of April 2020 delivery should be 10 days,OK i excepted that due to covid this may take some time as couriers was blocked for delivery, when we went down to level 3 and deliveries was reopened on middle of May i was promised be MR DEHAN WILLIAMS that the tabled would not be delivered later than 19 June 2020 still almost 4 months later excuses as custom problems or stock and so on and so on no connection by phone can be made and no refunds will be done as it is not company policy to refund. please dont order from them better to pay more and u know u can do with what u can get,my exams is all ready finish with a other devise and im still waiting for them to respond on when delivery will be done
