Bad service!!

I ordered from them in January 2021 a d to date I have not received my order and all I get when requesting updates or a refund is an automated response! Do not order from this company unless it is locally available. If the products are being shipped to South Africa then forget it as it seems you will never get them and as for receiving a refund… well forget that too … so disappointed!!
