Bad Service dont go near them.
Terrible service and no communication. Placed an order in September with a 20 day delivery. Emailed them on numerous occasions and get the same respond "stock is yet to arrive". Asked for a refund, they told me that i would forfeit 30% of the value of the item and the shipping cost. They have a telephone contact number but there is no answer only a message to say you need to email. Providing this level of service, it is no wonder that they are too scared to take phone calls so its easier to hide behind emails. Consumer Protection Act is totally ignored by them.

Kindly note that the order does still fall within the delivery timeframe.
Our terms and conditions does indicate that an import order can not be cancelled.
The stock has already been shipped from the USA to RSA.

the order was confirmed on the 13th of Sept, today is the 28th of October, that is 33 working days since the order was placed. On the order it is stated "Shipping to SA Address Estimate 10- 25 Working Days".
