Bad service and unreliable

Waited months for my order (which I can understand) but then they delivered the wrong product. Had to call them to get a response because sending emails is a waist of time. They eventually picked up the wrong order and said they will contact me as soon as they receive it and now a month and half later still no communication. I dont know why they have email support, cause they just choose to ignore. Very bad service and unreliable.
