Bad service and still no delivery

DO NOT USE this company. Go take a lot somewhere else. They do not answer emails. They only answered my second email when I made the subject ‘Attention-Paulo Fiandeiro’ (He is the only director at the company) and the feedback from Garth Botha was only “Order was placed with our warehouse”. How can it still be placed after so many business days? The website still indicates items in stock with a 1-3 business day delivery and that is a false adverti*****t. The order also does not show when I log into my PC Link Account.
