Bad Service and Lame Excuse

Bad Service and Lame Excuse why order had not been processed after 8 days since payment was made with correct reference/order number as required (payment from within the same bank - so it should reflect almost immediately). Excuse was that I did not sent proof of payment - while the confirmation of order with order no# form Pc Link Computers does not specifically indicate I should sent proof of payment. It only says "Your order is on-hold until we confirm payment has been received. Your order details are shown below for your reference:" I also called before making the order to confirm procedure on which I was told that payment must reflect on their account (not that I must sent proof of payment). When at last I could get hold of someone to talk to, I was told that I can come collect - this while I had included delivery fee on payment of order.
