bad service

I sent my invertor to them 5 weeks ago , as it stopped working its still under warranty . I keep on getting told its in for them to tell me what is wrong .this is the worst service I have ever had I stay in Kempton park and we have big power problems that is why I bought the unit .I would not recommend anyone to buy anything for PC link
