Bad service

Hi my name is Gregory Ledwaba from Pretoria I bought the Arkon Tripod for cellphones and cam kid 5 in 1 from pc link computers in November 2020 up to this day I haven’t received them.

I have emailed and went to their offices but they don’t respond to their emails and gave me empty promises they promised to refund me for one of the items but they haven’t refunded me yet.

They initially said I’d receive my order second week of December but when I went to their offices early January they told me they are waiting for customs to clear the items.These guys send from pillar to post how can I get my refund from them or is there anywhere we can report them because I saw a lot of people at their offices complaining
