Bad Service
Hi,
I ordeered a router from PC Link, on the order summary it noted up to 5 days for delivery, after 5 days, only to be told - upon my enquiring - that I should expect my order in another 1-3 days. I am honestly unhappy. This will be my 1st and last purchase from PC Link.
Poor communication, no way to track orders.

I opened a complaint with CONSUMER GOODS AND SERVICES OMBUD ( https://www.cgso.org.za/cgso/ )
They managed to get me my refund.
