BAD SERVICE! - 3 months waiting for a refund

I placed an order on the 16 Sept 2021 Order No: 24948 for R1661, After countless follow ups with no responses, I received a notification that stock will arrive end of November 2021. I have subsequently cancelled the order and requested a refund. Till date I have not received my refund! Can someone assist with a contact number that actually works?
