Bad review PC Link computers online

I purchase a computer a computer 25 December 2021 at PC link computers online. Cancelled the order 10 January 2022. PC link agreed to refund me within 10 working days. They never did. It has been more than a month now. And still nothing. They are avoiding me now. My laywers sent them a letter but still they don't care.
