Bad online purchase experience

I ordered and paid for a Wahl Pro hair clipper on 21 May 2020. I received confirmation that my order would take 10 to 20 days to arrive. PC Link Computer's are very short and curt in their communication and they do not give any assurance to me as a customer. I am very disappointed as i paid R2039 for the item and its now more than 2 months since i placed the order and still no arrival. I've read all the bad reviews about them. I regret that i did not research them prior to my online purchase from them. I'm so worried that I will not get a refund from them because of the cold manner in which they communicate to customers.
