Bad experience

I ordered 3 toners from them on the 7th September and requested for same day collection in Midrand, and I went to collect the following day in Florida as when I asked via email I was told that all the collections will be done in Florida as they are moving in Midrand and my order was not ready yet. I went again on Friday the 10th it was not ready still then I decided to cancel my order and requested a refund. To my surprise I haven't received my money up to date, and they don't respond to the emails sent to them when making follow ups. This is the first time in my experience I encountered a company that doesn't have a turnaround time for refunds. It cannot take this long to get your money back. Moreover when it was a direct transfer not EFT.
