Bad customer service, no response or comunication.

I ordered and paid for an item from PC Link Computers on the 27th April but to date have not had any communication from them with regards to confirmation or delivery. I have sent emails, facebook messages and tried phoning with no response. i have an confirmation of payment email from payfast. Please can someone contact me regarding delivery or alternatively refund me. order no #7287.
