Bad customer service and still no deliver 3 months later.

I ordered and paid for an item from PC Link Computers on the 27th April but have not yet received the item i ordered. I have sent emails, facebook messages and tried phoning with limited response and with no confirmation of ETA. i have an confirmation of payment email from payfast. Please can someone contact me regarding delivery or alternatively refund me. order no #7287.
