Bad after-sales support / turn-around times / no follow-ups.

Sold me a dirty Multi-function printer/scanner.. Took long to collect, investigate and reported back to say that the device is not dirty when photo evidence clearly shows proof.. After-sales is terrible and as customer you are not to be believed. Stay away..
