Back on track?

I entrusted a fairly large order to pclinkshop.co.za and to my great relief they delivered it only a little late and with everything correct. They did respond to my nagging emails, usually within a day or two. I do wish they could be contacted by phone, and their website is annoying: every single product seems to be flagged as 'Most Popular', you can't select and copy to the clipboard (at least, not on my phone), and the filters allow a great many unrelated items through. Nonetheless, I'm about to give them another order, so it can't be that bad.
