Awful. Zero communication, phone support line basically says 'F>U we only deal with emails'. Meanwhile emails unanswered.

Worst customer service ever. Avoid this company. I had to report them to 'Paygate' who facilitated the payment, to get any sort of response, after weeks of silence following my order, and no delivery. Paygate contacted PClink on my behalf and eventually this resulted in my order being delivered ,thank goodness. But it was touch and go. Seriously it's not worth the savings buying with this company, seek alternative.
