AWFUL SERVICE, STILL WAITING ON PROMISED REFUND

Ordered an item 31/07/2020, after waiting the required 20 days for delivery and having received no feedback, I emailed and got a response 21/08/2020 saying my order would be cancelled as the supplier kept changing the delivery date. I was told a refund would be processed and could take up to 14 days. I waited the 14 days, no feedback and no refund. I'm still trying to get a refund for the order which was cancelled by PC Link Computers themselves, and to date no feedback. No one gets back to you despite reassurances that they will. The service has been the worst I have experienced, and I can't rate a product not received. Cannot recomend this company, and just hope someone will process my refund which is grossly overdue.
