AWFUL EXPERIENCE! STRESSFULL! NO COMMUNICATION!!!!!!

Order #14228 for Tieka Botha. I have ordered an expensive weight blanket of R6,161.00 on the 30th October with an advertised "10 to 20 workdays shipment time". It has now been more than 2 months and still no delivery. They simply DO NOT reply on my mails, do not answer the phone. No way to make contact with them!!!! Awful service and will not be able to recommend.
