Excellent Service. I bought a laptop from them. The whole sales process was 100%. Quick and efficient. But there was something wrong with the screen. I phoned Jaco he said I must send it back immediately. So I did. Jaco the very exceptional sales person phoned me immediately when they received my laptop. Normally it takes 14 days to have it fixed. Jaco phoned me every second day to keep me up to date. In a week they told me I can come and fetch my laptop. But I requested a refund because I rather wanted to buy a better laptop when I have the funds. After my request the same day Jaco informed me it will be in my account the next day. Early morning my money was paid back to me. No hassle friendly service again quick and efficient. When I'm buying my next laptop Jaco will be my sales person.
