Awaiting parcel and communication

I ordered on 7 February 2020, I was promised my order by 16 March. BEFORE lockdown! Since 5 March 2020 I have had no communication. I have sent numerous emails. Trying the phone line only tells me that I must email only. Fascinating that they have time to create a NEW website but won't deliver paid parcels to customers. I'm disgusted at this service and do wonder if they are a legit company.
