I also wish there was the ability to rate with negative stars. I purchased and obviously paid on 10 November R8 962 for anti-tarnish fabric. The transaction does not appear on their website under my account. When I queried this George Vorster asked Dehan or Garth to respond to my query as to where my order is. I have not heard anything from them since despite sending numerous mails to both their support and enquiry mail addresses. I have also tried to phone the company but there is only a recorded message requesting you contact them via email. I have requested a refund of my money but have not received it. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE THINKING OF BUYING FROM THEM NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICE!
