AVOID PC LINK COMPUTERS

PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I placed an online order late December. I received a notification that my order will only be processed on the 10/01/2022 as they were closed over this period. Only a week later they come back to me saying that they don't have stock and await feedback from their supplier. A week later I emailed them for an update. I then was told that the supplier is only getting stock in middle to late February. When it came closer to the time I emailed again for an update and was told that the supplier ETA has moved to the end of March. I then asked them to cancel those Items and I'll collect the rest of my order. STILL NO REFUND. I can't understand how you can advertise something on website that you can't sell. It was disappointing and distasteful experience I have had with the staff and whole process. Definitely the last time I will deal with them. Hopefully I get my refund back.
