Avoid, dishonest advertising, very bad service.
Avoid. Shows item as same day shipping. Ordered Monday morning before 12h00 and paid via EFT. Enquired on Tuesday why it has not shipped. Told it was placed with their suppliers. notwithstanding being advertised as same day shipping. Thursday today, no progress, email enquiry being ignored. Will not make use of them again, much better service available elsewhere.

Within an hour of the Hellopeter review I received a call from a supplier of PC Link who insisted the mistake was on their side and apologized. The packages was send via overnight courier that evening and I received everything except one minor item on Friday. The last item was dispatched on Friday evening. I appreciate that PC Link spend money on overnight and additional couriers to improve the experience for me. Unfortunately my email to them on last Tuesday remains unanswered. Full marks for doing their best to salvage the situation, but room for improvement on communication.
