AVOID AT ALL COSTS! False stock availability claims! False delivery claims! Still no refund

PC Link Computers is the absolute very worst online store! From the false claim of same-day collection option, confirming stock as available by email, then not paying the refund in the stipulated time.

I ordered a computer screen on Thursday, 29 Jul, before ordering, I emailed them to confirm availability. A Dwayne Wessels advised that according to their system, they had 3 units available. I placed the order and processed payment via direct FNB-to-FNB transfer before 11 am. I never received the confirmation to collect my order. I followed up to no avail.

By Monday, 2 August, I followed up again and a Dustin then responded to tell me that they discovered on Friday that the stock they had available in the warehouse were all damaged and a refund was going to be processed because they did not know when the next stock would be available. I submitted my banking details immediately and expressed the urgency of the matter as I now needed to order the monitor elsewhere.

7 days later, I followed up and Dwayne Wessels advised that the refund takes 7 days to reflect- this was already 7 days, but no refund. Another 7 days later, still no refund, the response I get from Dwayne this time: "Was the payment made through Pay Fast?"

I had to buy the monitor elsewhere out of pocket because PC Link Computers are holding on to my money. I need my money returned immediately!
