Atrocious service from PC Link Computers...a ****!

I ordered an item from the above company on the 1st November 2021. I have still NOT received it! I have sent endless emails to them regarding this without ANY success. I was always informed that the stock hadn't arrived in South Africa. When I demanded a refund I was informed that there was a delay in processing refunds. I now get NO responses from my emails to them at all! SOCKING service!!!!!
