Atrocious Customer service and no delivery of order

I made a purchase from this company in June. The item is an action camera, and the site indicated that the item was in stock. It is now September and I have not recieved my order. It is impossible to get hold of the company by telephone and emails are not re**** to or eventually, days later, only after threat of legal action. Someone called Dehan Williams gives vauge non-committal replies, each time there there is another excuse, none of which provide any indication as to when I will receive my order. Lately he has not even bothered to reply to emails. Do not do business with this company, their customer service is terrible, the worst I have encountered, and now I have to resort to laying charges in order to recover my money.
