Arrogance and zero customer service

<div>The arrogance and lack of communication is shocking!!They do not care about customer service at all. I placed and order and paid 26 August 2020 and today is 10 October 2020. That is way longer than the lead time indicated and all I get from a guy called **** ...if you not happy...send me your details and we will refund you??? Guys if you want to deal with people that take your money up front and then completely forget about you then use PC LINK COMPUTERS!</div>
