Appalling service and poor communication.

I will never buy from PC Link Computers. I placed an order in December 2020 and received an acknowledgement of the payment from PC Link Computers. I still have not received the order. I have made several attempts to contact them including phone calls which is always on voicemail requesting you to send emails and have had no response . I have requested for a refund but to no avail.
