Appalling Customer Service: Order not delivered

DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM PC LINK COMPUTERS

I ordered a wireless mouse on 5 August.

My item nearly a month later is still yet to be delivered.

In the initial stages after inquiring I just received endless excuses.

From supplier stock issues to item getting damaged in transit.

The last response I received from them was on 25 August which stated and I quote "Good day, Please note we are shipping out ur item asap. ETA is three days. They accidentally placed the order for collection not delivery. It's being shipped out as we speak."

Thereafter I continued to send emails inquiring about my item, stating that they should deliver it asap or give me a full refund but I received no response from them.

Their customer service is appalling, they expect you the customer to followed up with them with regards to your order.

I feel they should inform the customer as they should keep track of their orders.

What make's it worse is that you can't even call them as there are no contact numbers on their website, your only option is to email their support department.

PC Link Computers gets a -1000 star rating from me.
