Appaling service - Do not recommend

The service that i have received from this company is appalling. In my entire life i haven't had such bad service. I ordered a product months ago of which i received the wrong product. I then returned the product, and till today i haven't had correspondence to tell me if they will be processing a refund or i will be getting the product. Totally unacceptable. No reply from the company at all. If you phone their number there is an automated machine that says you need to deal with them via Email.No replies to email. Its really shocking. Product was ordered 30 March 2021. 19471
